If you join the waitlist

We keep the email address, role and optional company, category and tracking wishes you give us, the page you signed up from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time and wording of your consent. We use them only to tell you about early access and product news and to set up your tracking. We do not keep your IP address, and we do not sell or share your details. Ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.

The data behind our insights

Our figures come from public posts, profiles, ads and reviews published by brands and creators on social media and review sites, and from public discussions in online communities. We store public content and engagement counts. We never store the names of people in customer conversations: where we need to tell people apart, we keep only a one-way, salted code that cannot be turned back into a name, and we never show or link individual members of the public.
