Which social platforms do you cover?

How do you decide what to track for my brand?
We start from your business: what you sell, who you compete with, the markets you sell in and the questions you need answered. From that we set up the competitor accounts, hashtags, keywords, communities and creators to follow, and refine them with you.
Are the numbers written by AI?
No. Every figure, from posting rates to engagement and share of conversation, is computed from the data. AI only writes the summary around those figures, and each one is checked against the data before anything is published.
Where does the data come from?
Only public posts, profiles, ads, reviews and discussions. We never store or show the names of people in customer conversations.
